Croatia is now a member of the European Union, and you may be covered by your national travel insurance. It is important that your health insurance is valid. Furthermore, consider insuring against cancellation and lost luggage.

When you book a holiday accommodation or a packaged tour you must pay
a deposit of 20%.
Your payment of the deposit is final confirmation of you order and by paying you accept the general terms for travel arrangements and accommodation offered by Komarna Rejser.
You may pay the deposit by bank transfer to our Euro account in the Danish AL-Bank:

You may also pay with credit card. We receive payments by credit card through the major Danish bank clearing system.

When you pay with credit card, a small percentage will be added in the amount you keyed in. It will show in the secure payment window. You can always cancel the payment if you prefer to transfer the amount to our bank account.
Credit card payments are registered immediately. It may take up to five banking days before we see your payment at the bank.
When we register your payment, we will send you a confirmation by e-mail. Please remember to write Name in the field with text to the receiver. It is important that we have been in contact by mail or telephone before you make a payment.
The final payment must be paid45 days before you start your travel. One week before that we will send you an e-mail with a reminder.
Air tickets are sometimes payable on reservation. If full or bigger
partial payment is required we may ask you for a bigger deposit. If
the airline changes the payment conditions (which is not uncommon) we
will send you a new confirmation where amount and deadline for
payments are specified according to the changed conditions we have
received from the airline.
Payment can be made to our account in the Danish bank Arbejdernes Landsbank. See details under ”Deposit” above.
As soon as we have received the payment, we will mail you a confirmation.
You must have a valid passport, and it must not expire during your
holidays. Your first- middle- and surname given to us must be EXACTLY
like it is in your passport. If you end up with tickets issued for a
name different from that in your passport the airline may refuse to
accept you on-board and KomarnaRejser cannot be held responsible.
Visa may be required if you come from outside the EU. Please check the Croatian Ministry of Foreign Affairs web page.
You will receive an E-ticket from us. Paper tickets are no longer issued.
When you receive the ticket, it is your responsibility to check that
names and departure times are correct.
The name on the ticket must ALWAYS be the same as in your passport.
If you do not use the out-bound ticket, some airlines will cancel your total reservation. We have no influence on that policy and cannot reimburse you in case you miss your departure check-in.
It is advisable to be in the airport well ahead of your departure
time. Security control in most airports can take a long time. Check
the web page of your departure airport for any special considerations.
After the ticket has been issued there may still be changes to departure- arrival- and check-in times. It is nothing Komarna Rejser can control. We will off course do everything we can to keep you informed and we still advise that you check for last minute changes when you are in the airport.
Please also make sure that you go to gate early enough to be there before the meeting time mentioned on your boarding pass.
When you live in a hotel apartment or a private apartment you are
supplied with one set of towels and they are expected to last you for
one week. You have to bring your own towel to the beach or ask your
host if it is possible to rent a beach towel.
Your bed will not be made for you and the linen will only be changed after a week. Your holiday accommodation is your home for the duration of your holiday. You are the only one with a key and you - yourself - have to keep it as tidy as you wish.
We can promise you that you will receive a nice and clean apartment or room on your arrival and the hotel or the private landlord will take care of the final cleaning. Water and electricity is included in the rental price. Some property owners in Croatia must collect a tourist tax of about 0.6 Euro per person per day. The tax is included in the prices for Apartment Tedo and the hotels.
If you have a complaint please address it to the travel agency
Komarna Rejser if you bought a packaged tour. If your complaint is
about the holiday accommodation please address it to the landlord or
the hotel reception first.

Komarna Rejser will be obliged to follow the decisions taken by this Danish organisation.
Danish law shall govern any claims raised against Komarna Travel, and
actions must be brought before a Danish court or by arbitration in
Judgment on the appeals' board or court of the EU / EEA countries respected when it comes to compensation for a travel customer in accordance with the EU Directive of 13 June 1990 is included in the coverage.
Komarna Rejser reserves the right to cancel a travel arrangement in case of circumstances beyond our control. If we cancel the full amount will be reimbursed and further demands can not be raised towards Komarna Rejser and its business partners.
Should the guest wish to change or cancel a reservation, this must
be done at least 60 days prior to the travel date. For cancellation up
to 60 days before the arrival date, 20 percent of the accommodation or
package price will be charged (i.e. the advance will not be returned),
- For cancellation less than 60 days before an arrival date, the full
price will be charged. However, in case of an accommodation booking,
we will try to rent to another party and if successful we will only
charge the 20 percent advance payment.
Please consider to take out a travel insurance to cover your expenses in case of an emergency cancellation.
Komarna Rejser reserves the right to make changes to a travel
arrangement. A change will always be an improvement - not a
degradation to the total package.
We have organised accommodation and tours to the area since 2004 and can promise that if we have to make a change to an agreed schedule or an element of a package or an accommodation it will not leave you with less than we originally agreed on.
Usually the biggest single element is the price of air tickets. Airline companies reserve the right to raise the prices after the initial booking if the price of fuel goes dramatically up or if new taxes are introduced.Komarna Rejser reserves the right to raise prices with up to 10 percent up to 20 days before departure in case we are subjected to to additional expenses from the airlines.
We can not be held liable for misprints and price changes forced on
us by 3. party.
If you do not use all parts of a packaged tour because of circumstances within your own control you can not expect a reimbursement for the services not used.
Komarna Rejser and our partners in the travel and tourist industry are agents. This means that the airlines alone are responsible for transport and hotels, car hire companies and landlords are alone responsible to deliver their services. Komarna Rejser will do everything within our means and will only make agreements with companies and persons we trust and with whom we have experienced that they deliver service that fulfil and often surpass our expectations. It is however possible that accidents and mistakes can happen which we can not be held responsible for.
